Milica Jovanovic
Born in Belgrade, grew up in London, holds both Serbian and British citizenships. Obtained a BA in Politics and East European Studies at University College London (UCL) and returned to Serbia to work in the Governor’s Office at the National Bank of Serbia as the Governor’s assistant from 2007-2009. Completed MSc in International Public Policy at University College London (UCL) in 2010, after which she returned once again to the National Bank to work on an Investor Relations Project. In 2011 worked as an analyst at Toscafund hedge fund in London. Currently working as a business strategy analyst at Philip Morris in Serbia since January 2012, facilitated by Serbian City Club. Member of Serbian City Club since 2009.
Ivana Petrovic
Serbian nationality, Chevening Alumni, obtained MSc in Public Services Policy and Management from King’s College (School of Social Science and Policy, Department of Management) University of London. Holds a BSc in Librarianship and Information Science from the University of Belgrade. Professional experience spanning 8 years includes Executive Directorship of the Foreign Investors Council Serbia, Chief of Deputy Prime Minister’s Cabinet at the Government of Republic of Serbia, Chief of Minister’s Cabinet at the Ministry of Finance and a Personal Assistant to the Governor at the National Bank of Serbia. Member of Serbian City Club since 2007.
Milorad Plavsic
Serbian nationality, as of September 2013 lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Milorad obtained MSc Agricultural Economics from the University of Reading, MA International Relations from the University of Westminster, holds a BEng Agriculture from the University of Novi Sad. Previous work experience includes working at the Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Water Management of Serbia. Prior to that, he completed internships within UN FAO, EcoSecurities, Carbon Disclosure Project. Member of Serbian City Club since 2008.
Milos Popovic
Born in Belgrade, Serbia. Obtained MSc degree in 2009 in International Securities, Investment and Banking at the Henley Business School (ICMA Centre), University of Reading in the United Kingdom. Holds professional qualifications in the form of ICMA International Fixed Income and Derivatives (IFID) Certificate and Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) Diploma (a leading globally-recognised postgraduate finance qualification which covers the areas of securities, investment, compliance, derivatives, corporate finance and operations). Upon return to his home country, spent over three years (from September 2009 – October 2012) working as a close aide to the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS), as a Governor’s Assistant for Economic Affairs. Member of the Working Group on the establishment of the Development Bank of Serbia (from March 2011 to August 2012). From September 2013, employed as an Associate Expert at Center for Advanced Economic Studies (CEVES). Member of Serbian City Club since 2008.
Svetislav Savic

Born in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Serbian citizen. Worked as a translator for the English language at the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina between 1997-2001 after which he moved to Belgrade. In Belgrade, worked as a technical editor for Belgrade book (Beogradska knjiga) publishing house for several years and as a technical secretary at Paraolympic Committee of Serbia. Meanwhile he started his own business in the field of web design, design and online businesses he was engaged in for many years. Lives in the United Kingdom. Serbian City Club since 2012.
